Delete Your Badjo Account
Use this form to request deletion of your Badjo account and the data attached to it. We process requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your user record and all subscription / session / device data.
- All access and refresh tokens — any signed-in device is logged out immediately.
What stays, anonymized
- Aggregate task-rating data (your vote is kept but no longer linked to you).
- Gameplay session history (used for usage analytics only).
- Subscription billing history (retained for financial/compliance audit; not linked to you).
- A compliance audit row containing only a SHA-256 hash of your user id — enough to prove the deletion happened, not enough to identify you.
Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. If you have an active subscription, Google Play / Apple will continue to bill through the current period unless you cancel the subscription in the store separately — deleting the account does not cancel store-side auto-renewal.
How to find your User ID
- Open the Badjo app.
- Go to Settings.
- Copy the value next to User ID.
If you've already uninstalled the app, include anything else that identifies the account (purchase transaction id, email used on the store) in the reason field and we'll do our best to locate it.
