How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by Badjo directly:
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Badjo → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Open Google Play → tap your profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Badjo → Cancel.
Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Can I restore my purchases on a new device?
Yes. Open the app, go to the Subscription screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you originally used to purchase.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account in two ways:
- From inside the app: Settings → Delete my account → confirm.
- If you already uninstalled: visit badjo.app/delete-account and submit a deletion request with your User ID.
Deletion is permanent — we cannot restore deleted accounts.
The app crashes or behaves unexpectedly
Please email us at support@badjo.app with:
- Your device model and OS version (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18.2)
- App version (Settings → About)
- A short description of what you were doing when it crashed
- A screenshot, if possible

I was charged but Premium isn't active
First, tap Restore Purchases in the Subscription screen. If that doesn't help, email us with your transaction receipt (Apple ID order email or Google Play receipt) and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.
